The MIT Enterprise Forum Greece, in cooperation with the National Center for Scientific Research Demokritos, invites to an open presentation event of the competition MITEF Greece 2019 Startup Competition, Friday, January 18, 2019 at 13.00 to be held in the Library of NCSR Demokritos in Agia Paraskevi.
The purpose of the event is to inform MITEF Greece 2019 Startup Competition, which aims at the dynamic development of innovative companies and business teams that are innovative in the field of technology and sciences.
Participants in the competition will have the opportunity to gain important knowledge and practical guidance that will lead their new business to the next stage of action. The Greek team to be awarded will be screened internationally through the MIT Enterprise Forum network. The competition follows the standards and good practices of the respective competitions conducted by the MIT Enterprise Forum in the US. and other countries.
This year, for the first time, the “Energy & Mobility” track will be launched in addition to the general track that existed until now, and a new thematic section, in cooperation with HELLENIC PETROLEUM, which will be the exclusive sponsor.
The main speaker of the event will be Andreas Androutselis-Theotokis, 2nd winner of the MITEF Greece 2018 Startup Competition with Innate Repair, and will talk about his experience and the importance of the competition.

Afterwards, Vasilis Papakonstantinou, President of MIT Enterprise Forum Greece ,will inform the public about this year’s competition and will analyze the most important parameters for financing a start-up business. During the event, interested parties will have the opportunity to ask questions about their application.
