During the 3-days workshops, presentations and extra activities, we want our participants to rediscover themselves as leaders, share best practices when it comes to developing healthy organisational cultures and create an action plan perfectly tailored for their company.
The first day is designed to get the participant to reflect over their stories: as human beings, as learners, as professionals, as entrepreneurs. You will have the chance to learn to look in the mirror of your leadership persona and help get tell its extraordinary story.
Day 2
Second day of the bootcamp will consist on real case studies of companies that have adopted a freedom centered attitude. You will have be able to learn from these companies owners about how their company culture has impacted their employees and their business.
Day 3
Day 3 is designed to help you make an action plan perfectly tailored for your company, plan that can be implemented immediately when you get back home.
You will get individual assistance to help make your company shine.
