DESCRIPTION:A festival and year-round project of ideas and experiences\, Liminal aims to inspire and engage people to evaluate the role and impact of new technologies over their lives. \nIn this year’s edition\, we investigate the impact – both good and bad – new technologies have over our lives and formulate together with a distinctive group of artists\, technologists\, and thinkers ingenious scenarios for building a better future. \nEngaging by turns a philosophical\, anthropological and artistic lens\, the events in the festival attempt to explore three main themes: transdisciplinarity as the current path for innovation\, the intimate and asymmetrical nature of human-machine interaction and tech for good\, an emerging movement that shines a light on technology that ties in with social structures\, or needs\, to change the status quo.
