DESCRIPTION:The further mission of the FLOSS Kosova is to empower and engage people around the world to collect and develop educational content under a free license or in the public domain\, and to disseminate it effectively and globally. \nFLOSS Kosova will provide the essential infrastructure and an organizational framework for the support and development of open knowledge and software projects and other endeavors which serve this mission. FLOSS Kosova will make and keep useful information from its projects available on the Internet free of charge\, in perpetuity. \nThe term Free and Open Source Software and Knowledge in the sense of the FLOSS does not refer to the price\, but rather to the following four freedoms: \n* The freedom to use a program and knowledge for any purpose\n* The freedom to study the program and knowledge and adapt it to your own needs.\n* The freedom to make copies for others.\n* The freedom to improve a program and knowledge and make these improvements available to others\, so that the whole community benefits. \nThis definition of Free Software goes back to the idea of freely exchanging knowledge and ideas that can traditionally be found in scientific fields. Like thoughts\, software is non-tangible and duplicable without loss.
