The jury of hackathon will choose the team with the best solution for the Single Digital Gateway platform, which will earn 5,000 euros .

The challenge of hackathon in Bucharest is to sketch and develop a method and tool to provide users with the best structured assistance and / or help users find the right assistance service by:
- integrating existing services and support tools
- creating a friendly and easy to use technical solution for at least one service of current support centers that will direct the user to the appropriate assistance
- keeping a limited number of steps the user must take to reach the right assistance service
